Opening And Editing An Idea Record
To open and edit an Idea record you need to click on either the Display Idea, or New Idea hyperlink, in any window that displays them. If you click on the New Idea hyperlink, a new Idea record will be created and then displayed to you in an Ideas Window.
This image shows an "index" type window that's displaying a list of Task records and the first record has been selected.
When the Display Idea hyperlink is clicked on in that window, the software will open the selected record's linked Idea record and display it in a new Ideas Window so you can edit it.
